The engineer
I trained as an electrical engineer at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and graduated in 2023. My final-year project was an IoT system for faculty-room automation, which taught me the thing that still runs through everything I do: a system is only as good as the part that runs without anyone watching it.
Engineering gives you a particular reflex. You do not ask how to patch the symptom. You ask what structure produced it, and you fix that. I have never stopped thinking that way.
The operator
I founded E-Com Cabin in 2020, while I was still a student, as a sole proprietorship in Pakistan. In 2021 I moved operations to Istanbul and started running brands across borders and time zones. By 2023 the work was real enough to incorporate, in Pakistan and then in the United Kingdom.
Today E-Com Cabin is a team of more than fifteen specialists across Pakistan, Turkiye, and the UK. We are a Shopify Certified Partner and an Amazon Ads Partner. The work is unglamorous and it compounds: inventory that never drifts, tracking that reports the truth, standard operating procedures that turn a founder's instinct into something a team can run.
The researcher
I am finishing an MBA at Istanbul Gelisim University, in English, on the non-thesis track. My term project is a Multi-Channel E-Commerce Business Intelligence Dashboard, built as a Design Science Research project.
Design Science Research is a simple idea worth taking seriously: you do not just study a problem, you build an artifact that solves it, and the building is the research. So I built a working dashboard that pulls multi-channel ecommerce operations into one view, and I studied what it changed. It is the academic shape of the same instinct I have always had, which is that the proof of an idea is whether it runs.
The writer
The fourth part is the one I care about most now. Having built the systems and studied them, I teach them. I write Playbooks that fix one precise problem, and Insights and Field Guides that carry the thinking underneath the work, so an operator can act on it without hiring anyone.
Some of that teaching turns into advisory work, some into a strategy call, and a lot of it stays free on this site. I am as interested in the founder I will never invoice as the one I will, because being the person operators learn from is its own kind of authority, and the most durable one I know.

What I hold to
-
Principles over hacks
A hack works until the platform changes. A principle holds. I teach the durable thinking underneath the tactic, because that is what compounds over a career, not a quarter.
-
Systems over chaos
A tactic gives you a good week. A system gives you a business that holds its shape under load. I leave behind the system, not a dependency on me.
-
Teach it in the open
The fastest way to be trusted with the hard problems is to give away the thinking on the common ones. I write what I know plainly, so operators can use it whether or not we ever work together.
-
Earn every sentence
In the work and in the writing. No filler, no noise, no claims I cannot stand behind. Specific beats impressive, every time.
