Privacy policy

Who we are
MyEcomDude is an ecommerce operations service for Amazon and Shopify sellers, founded by Najam Imran and operated from Istanbul, Türkiye, serving clients internationally. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what we need to run the site:
- Form details. When you request a Growth Audit or send a message, we collect your name, email, website URL, primary sales channel, and anything you write in the message field.
- Usage data. Through privacy-respecting analytics we record anonymized, aggregate information such as pages viewed and how you arrived, to understand what is useful. We do not sell this data.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the audit or answer you asked for.
- To deliver anything you opted into, such as the newsletter.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
Our basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work: a form and spreadsheet processor that stores your submission, an email provider so we can reply, and an analytics provider for aggregate usage. Each processes data on our behalf, not for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal analytics to measure traffic in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you across other sites. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
